Lawyer Roland B. Moore III, Yale- educated and a fifth-generation Texan, is a veteran of the State and Federal Courts as both a trial lawyer and an appellate lawyer. He has argued successfully for clients in the misdemeanor and felony Courts of Texas, in the State Courts of Appeal and before the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. He has also succesfully represented Clients in the U.S. District courts and the argued many times before the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
